Q: Whom is a verified user mean?

A verified user is a user whose documents has been verified by Zinggati.

For verification,

1. The user has submitted their information and address to us to make sure that they are safe to use our platform.
2. Zinggati has verified the user details. Users whom are verified always take their time and effort to get verification completed by Zinggati. This means they are much more reliable to buy from. All verfifioed users have a GreenTick next to their profile pic.

Q: How long does it take to ship my order?

A: Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has ben placed.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: Shipping time is set by the seller, according to the delivery method you pick. Additional details can be found on the shipping page or the order confirmation email you’ve received.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once its shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: We allow the return of all items within 30 days of your original order’s date. If you’re interested in returning your items, send us an email with your order number and we’ll ship a return label to zinggatimarketplace@gmail.com.

Q: How do I make changes to an existing order?

A: Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it. If you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please contact us for any changes you may require.

Q: What shipping options do you have?

A: For Zambia domsetic orders the seller normlly normally arranges with the buyer but all all international orders form the UK, USA and China we offer an a servoce via our 3rd party shipping partners but you can find details on the shipping page.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently ship to the Zambia mainly but we also can ship to other counties only after this has been arranged.

Q: Can I receive a refund?

A: If you are unhappy with the product you’ve received, you can get a refund.
