What is Buyer Protection?

At Zinggati Marketplace, we understand that buying items online can sometimes come with risks. That's why we offer Buyer Protection to all of our users who make purchases using the "BUY NOW" button on our platform.

With Buyer Protection, you can rest assured that if something goes wrong with your transaction on the app, we will refund you in full. This includes any issues that may arise, such as the item not being as described, not being received, or any other problem with the transaction.

When you pay using the "BUY NOW" button, we'll automatically add on the Buyer Protection cover for you. The fee consists of a fixed 5% for lower priced items and a percentage of the item price (excluding delivery cost) for higher priced items. With Buyer Protection, you're covered up to the value of K10,000.

Please note that Buyer Protection is not available on collection deals. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact our Support team for assistance.

When you see the "BUY NOW" button, remember that Buyer Protection is available. So, you can shop with confidence knowing that we've got you covered.
